This plant leadership role reports to the Production Unit Manager and owns production prints, drawings, CNC and manufacturing programs, process specifications, parameters, tooling concepts, and manufacturing methods. • Build technical capability through knowledge sharing, employee development, and identification of skill gaps; foster technical ownership, disciplined problem solving, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate goals, priorities, and change clearly; listen to employees, recognize contributions, and provide constructive feedback.

Safety & Compliance

  • Translate future safety and capability requirements into technical manufacturing solutions.
