職務内容

(1) Daily Utility Operations & Maintenance ExecutionExecute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, routine inspections, and servicing of utility and process equipment. Perform rapid troubleshooting, equipment diagnosis, and repairs (Corrective Maintenance) in case of system failures to minimize plant downtime. Monitor equipment performance data and utility parameters, maintaining accurate maintenance logs and records. Manage the inventory and availability of essential spare parts, tooling, and consumables for key utility assets.

(2) Engineering Project Support & Modification ControlAssist the E&M Supervisor and Project Engineers in the on-site installation, piping, electrical hookup, and commissioning of new equipment (CAPEX/OPEX). Actively participate in design reviews and process hazard analyses (HAZOP/LOPA) by providing practical engineering feedback. Draft and execute physical modifications on-site under the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring compliance with PSSR (Pre-Startup Safety Review) requirements. Support the updating of technical documentation, including P&IDs, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.

(3) HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Compliance & Work SupervisionStrictly execute Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols, work permit verifications, and safety checklists before and during any maintenance activity. Coordinate and supervise on-site contractors, ensuring their strict adherence to AMCJ site safety rules, PPE usage, and work hazard analyses. Perform daily safety walks of utility areas, identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals, waste, and maintenance-related materials.

(4) Continuous Improvement & SOP ManagementDraft, review, and suggest updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance work instructions to reflect current practices and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities for energy saving, utility cost reduction, and equipment reliability improvements. Assist in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for utility failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

(5) OJT Support & Technical GrowthProvide peer-to-peer technical guidance and share utility system knowledge with junior technicians. Acquire required national technical certifications and maintain updated training records in line with statutory requirements. Actively participate in skills development programs and emergency response drills.

応募資格

(Mandatory)

•2-4 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, utility operations, or project engineering in the chemical, semiconductor, high-pressure gas, or heavy manufacturing industry.

• Experience in executing routine maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting of rotating machinery, pumps, valves, and gas/liquid distribution systems.

• Practical understanding of process safety management (PSM) concepts, LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) systems, and risk assessment.

(Preferred)

• Experience supervising third-party contractors and coordinating on-site work permits.

• (Preferred) High-Pressure Gas Safety Certification or Hazardous Materials License (Class B, Group 4 / 乙種4類).
