Title: Engineer - Cyber IAM
Location: Orange, CT
Salary Range: $96,400 - $120,500
Schedule: On Site - Office
Job Summary
This role, Engineer - Cyber- IAM (Identity and Access Management), provides strategic leadership and operational support across Avangrid Networks to advance compliance initiatives for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Service Management (SM) processes. The position plays a critical role in supporting grid modernization and digital transformation efforts by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient management of IAM and SM systems. This position is located in Orange, CT with occasional travel to all locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field with 3 or more years of relevant experience (Master’s degree preferred) or Associate’s with 5 or more years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in IAM and service management within regulated industries.
- Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock or similar access management platforms.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
