A Dow está com uma oportunidade para Enfermeiro(a) do Trabalho em Aratu - BA (BRA).

Responsabilidades:

• Implementar o Padrão de Gestão de Serviços de Saúde no Site de Aratu, assegurando o cumprimento integral dos requisitos da Dow, assim como da Legislação Local.
• Comunicar e discutir com o Médico do Trabalho, temas relevantes relativos ao  Serviço de Saúde Ocupacional do site, envolvendo a Liderança de Saúde Ocupacional, quando necessário.
• Estabelecer canais de interação com líderes, coordenadores e demais funcionários, garantindo uma comunicação eficiente e o compartilhamento adequado de informações de saúde ocupacional.
• Avaliar e comunicar ao médico do trabalho dificuldades relacionadas à implementação ou à qualidade dos serviços, além de propor ações conforme as necessidades de saúde dos funcionários e do site.
• Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Saúde Ambiental, Segurança do Trabalho, Higiene Ocupacional e Segurança de Pessoas para proteger a saúde da força de trabalho e apoiar na gestão de riscos, absenteísmo e produtividade.

Requisitos:

• Graduação em Enfermagem.
• Especialização em Enfermagem do Trabalho.

Desejável:

• Atuação prévia como Enfermeiro(a) do Trabalho.
• Experiência em atendimento de Primeiros Socorros.

• Colaborar para resultados superiores: atuar em parceria com o Médico do Trabalho local e alinhado ao time de Saúde Ocupacional de Latino America, de forma colaborativa, seja nos processos internos de saúde ocupacional ou em demandas de áreas afins (RH, Higiene Industrial, Segurança do Trabalho e outros).
• Liderar corajosamente: conduzir os processos de enfermagem do trabalho em alinhamento com o médico do trabalho local e a liderança regional, assegurando os resultados esperados.
• Soluções inovadoras: desenvolver estratégias e práticas de enfermagem do trabalho que simplifiquem processos, reduzam a carga operacional e aumentem a eficiência.
• Geração de valor ao cliente: desenvolver indicadores que evidenciem a eficiência das ações de saúde ocupacional e sua contribuição para a continuidade dos negócios.
