Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) Supervisor

We are looking for an EMR Supervisor to lead Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, ensuring equipment availability, repair quality, cost control, and supplier performance across our network.

This role is based in the İstanbul office and also requires close collaboration with local depots, terminals, vendors, and operational teams, as well as travel when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily EMR operations and depot performance
• Manage suppliers against KPIs, SLAs, quality, and safety standards
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with EMR policies and SOPs
• Utilize data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges

We're Looking For

• Experience in Equipment, Depot, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations
• Strong supplier and performance management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience driving operational excellence and cost control
• Driving license
• Fluent Turkish and Fluent English communication skills. Russian and Arabic will be an asset
