About the Role
We are seeking an Employee Relationship Consultant to join our global HR operations team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across a defined region, with a focus on complex case management, compliance guidance, and employee lifecycle support.
As part of our HR service delivery model, this position operates as an advanced individual contributor, supporting escalated and non-routine HR matters that require deeper expertise and judgment. The role partners closely with Shared Services and the Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely resolution of HR issues.
This is a regionally aligned role that requires a strong understanding of local employment practices and language proficiency relevant to the supported geography.
Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery & Case Management
- Manage and resolve complex or escalated HR inquiries and cases across the employee lifecycle
- Serve as the point of ownership for issue resolution, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Provide guidance on non-standard HR scenarios, applying sound judgment and company policies /’
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with internal SLAs
Regional Compliance & Employee Support
- Apply country-specific employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies
- Provide clear and practical HR guidance to employees and managers within the region
- Support compliance-related activities, including audits, documentation, and regulatory requests
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Shared Services teams to ensure appropriate case escalation and resolution
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams to address complex or sensitive matters
- Support regional HR programs and initiatives, including performance cycles and benefits processes
- Escalate risks proactively and drive issues through to resolution
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify trends in employee inquiries and recommend process improvements
- Contribute to the development of knowledge articles and service documentation
- Support data quality and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Participate in initiatives that enhance service delivery and employee experience
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or employee lifecycle support
- Experience managing complex HR cases or escalations in a multi-country environment
- Strong understanding of regional employment practices and compliance fundamentals
- Proficiency in HR systems and case management tools
- Professional working proficiency (or higher) in the primary language(s) of the supported region
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
Preferred
- Experience working within a tiered HR service delivery model
- Exposure to regional labor law frameworks (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
- Experience collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams
- HR certification
