Interns will work closely with experienced producers and associates on our employee benefits team, gain insights into our business operations, and contribute to meaningful client service initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to benefits lines of coverage. 
• Prospect via email campaign creation, list creation, and cleaning.
• Assist with trade show support.
• Understand the responsibilities and role of a sales representative.
• Learn how to build a pipeline.
• Support account management team with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and administrative tasks. 
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and quality checks within the agency management system to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
• Participate in client appointments and sales meetings with producers to observe client service and sales best practices. 
• Contribute to special projects aimed at improving internal processes, client experience, or operational efficiency. 
• Build professional communication skills through interactions with internal stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

• Must be able to commute to our Canton, MA office.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.

• Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Risk Management & Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally.
