Key Responsibilities:
• Execute internal GPO pricing negotiation process in respective country/countries. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
• Team Management
• Lead a multicultural team of 1-3 employees dispersed in several countries.
• Develop and keep their engagement high, setting a team vision, driving their development through coaching, projects and team building.
• Recruitment, Objectives Setting (PMOs), Performance evaluation, Career/Individual

• Development Planning, etc.
• Act as an Edwards and TMTT Culture Champion
• Execute a consolidated and functional harmonized tender pricing management for all countries in Europe to anticipate the tender cycle, collect critical information and increase our win ratio. Recommends changes to policies.
• Execution of pricing strategy in Europe in protecting value through price premium and well-prepared business case presented during pricing committees
• Work closely with higher management to provide data and analysis to support pricing ahead of new product launch (EVQ, M3, new PASCAL GEN etc..)
• Other incidental duties

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years experience in pricing, business strategy and/or financial planning Required or
Master's Degree or equivalent 8 years experience in pricing, business strategy and/or financial planning Preferred
Other: in Medical education and health economic training background, years experience

Additional Skills:
• Expert knowledge and experience in complex market analysis, profit and loss analysis, and pricing models/forecasts
• Demonstrated track record in working with a range of professionals and navigated through complex situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, relationship building, and change management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advaced Excel
• Extensive understanding and interpretation of pricing strategy
• Extensive understanding of related aspects of processes, change management and/or systems
• Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate value to the business
• Experience with engage and listen to stakeholders, discover unmet needs, develop strong rapport with audience, and be customer-focused.
• Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management
