Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement marketing activities for the assigned market segments in line with the agreed strategy. Each day, you will conduct market analyses using available marketing tools for existing and potential products, systems, and/or services for assigned markets. You will also showcase your expertise by creating end-user acceptance and specification offerings tailored to the target segments while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously monitoring segment performance.

The work model for the role is: Onsite  
 

This role is contributing to the EL-LVS Business in Egypt.

 

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Implementing proactive promotional activities for the consultants & end-user, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars and education material

• Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group consultants/end-user to understand their current and future needs and to ensure the customer has a good understanding of the full ABB product/systems/services offering, features and benefits to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Preparing plans for visits and performing regular status reviews.

• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.

• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

• Ensuring cross-collaboration and continuously developing own and team members’ technical, commercial, design and behavioral competences and know-how

Qualifications for the role

• Professional experience of at least 10+ years’ experience in related work experience.

• Relevant qualifications with additional experience in communication systems is a must.

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Must have strong technical skills and willingness to learn and proficiency in MS Office

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office, leadership capabilities, negotiation, presentation & communication skills.
