We welcome children from 2 months to 12 years old in safe, stimulating and nurturing environments, based on our Éducation Durable® educational approach. Inspired by neuroscience, this approach supports children’s holistic development through language, creativity, sensory exploration and discovery of the world around them.

Your responsibilities:

• You welcome and support children and their families with care and kindness.
• You support children in their daily routines, independence and early development.
• You ensure their safety and well-being while respecting their individual pace and needs.
• You take part in age-appropriate activities that support their development and interests.
• You contribute to the educational project and promote Kidscare best practices.
• You work as part of the team and contribute to the smooth daily running of the centre, in compliance with health, hygiene and safety procedures.

Your profile:

• You hold a qualification allowing you to work as a childcare assistant in Luxembourg (CAP AEPE, BTS Sanitaire et Social, BEA training, DAP Auxiliary Care, DEAP, eligible Bachelor or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• You are fluent in French; English, Luxembourgish and any other language are considered an asset.
• You are caring, attentive and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are dynamic, organised, adaptable and motivated by supporting young children.

What we offer:

• A fixed-term contract (CDD) 30h/week to 30/10 working 5 days/week ;
• Salary based on your qualification.
