To accomplish this, Kodiak focuses on providing internal professional development and training, as well as the best benefits package in the industry.

The Accelerated Management Program for Exposure and Development "AMPED" is a full-time, two-year, rotational leadership development program that builds industry knowledge, business understanding, and leadership potential through cross-functional rotations, training, and mentorship. Participants complete six months of supervised, hands-on operations experience and rotate through operations, general business, and operations support functions. Successful participants are expected to transition into a full-time role aligned with their strengths, interests, performance, and business needs; a management position is not guaranteed. New cohorts for this program begin twice a year, in January and July.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the IGNITE program: Rotate through functional areas with field operations, participate in technical training at Bears Academy, and operate mechanical equipment under the supervision of mentors in various locations.

  • Own assigned deliverables and development goals; perform other duties appropriate to the rotation and training level.
  • Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of each year in the program.

Travel and Work Schedule: Travel of 75% or more is required throughout the two-year program, including overnight stays and extended periods away from home at Kodiak offices, training locations, operating areas, and customer sites.
