XLA is looking for a E2 Helpdesk / Travel Analyst to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This position is onsite position Monday-Friday. 

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $65,000 to $75,000. There will also be a competitive benefits component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.

• The position will provide support to travelers, approving officials, and system administrators with E2 Travel related issues. This includes setting up new users, profile assistance, trip assistance, routing pool and hierarchy changes, monitoring trips and vouchers, and troubleshooting UFMS related errors
• Assist with conducting hands-on E2 training for E2 users
• Ensure compliance of DEA’s Lowest Available Airfare policy. This includes assisting offices in obtaining the correct documentation for voucher purposes
• Review requests for Fly America Act waivers (individual and annual) 
• Provide and set maximum reimbursement cost for Rest and Recuperation (R&R) airfare
• Draft correspondence to DEA employees regarding E2. This will include memorandums on policy, broadcast email updates, and any other related correspondence.

General Experience:

• Requires two (2) years of experience. Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to, efficient data entry and ability to prepare and deliver reports and other documents in support of project(s).

Functional Responsibilities:

• Duties may include data input, preparing letters, files, forms, and other required documents; communicate with appropriate personnel to obtain necessary information; provide administrative, legal, and technical support.

Minimum Experience/Education/Certification:

• High School Diploma or other equivalent and two years of experience
