Are you a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist looking for a new challenge in the hospitality industry? Join our dynamic team at Domes Resorts and play a key role in growing our direct digital business across a portfolio of luxury resorts. In this role, you will manage day-to-day digital advertising, monitor and optimize performance, support our website and booking engine, and ensure the quality of our analytics and tracking, working closely with internal teams and external partners. We are seeking a talented individual with a strong performance mindset, preferably with e-commerce or digital experience within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple hotels, campaigns, platforms, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and travel platforms such as TripAdvisor, Booking.com Sponsored Placements, and Expedia TravelAds, to drive direct bookings and revenue growth.
• Track budgets, pacing, ROAS, and conversion performance at hotel level, making timely, data-led optimizations in line with commercial priorities.
• Monitor key e-commerce KPIs (bookings, room nights, revenue, conversion rate, traffic, cost) and prepare clear, actionable performance reports for the commercial team.
• Ensure accurate tracking and measurement through GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, and UTM structures, validating data across platforms and flagging any discrepancies.
• Support the day-to-day performance of hotel websites and booking engines, including offers, landing pages, and conversion journeys, to enhance the direct-booking experience.
• Maintain key digital touchpoints such as Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor profiles, and OTA advertising interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue, Sales, Reservations, hotel teams, agencies, and technology partners to deliver campaigns and projects on time.
• Support new hotel openings, seasonal launches, and tactical campaigns, while conducting competitor, market, and channel analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Test new tools, campaign formats, and automations, applying learnings to continuously improve digital performance across the portfolio.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies:

• A strong mathematical and analytical mindset: confident working with numbers, budgets, percentages, and performance metrics every day.
• Ability to interpret campaign, website, booking, and revenue data and translate findings into clear insights and concrete actions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a performance-driven, ROI-focused approach to campaign management and optimization.
• Good understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, and digital measurement, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hotels, campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in data accuracy, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, commercial awareness, curiosity, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Tourism, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role; hospitality or travel experience is a plus.
• Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager; experience with travel advertising platforms is desirable.
• Experience in reporting and data analysis using Excel and/or BI tools; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or other relevant digital certifications are desirable.
