We're looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Greece, supporting customers for a leading global automotive group behind brands such as Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, Opel, and Peugeot.

Whether you're helping a customer understand a vehicle feature, assisting with connected services, or resolving a technical issue, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the customer support team, you'll assist Dutch-speaking customers with a wide variety of enquiries, including:

• Providing support via phone and email
• Assisting customers with vehicle-related questions and product information
• Helping customers with order updates and service enquiries
• Supporting users with connected vehicle services and infotainment systems
• Investigating issues and finding effective solutions using internal tools and resources
• Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM systems
• Working closely with colleagues and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service in every interaction

No two days are the same, and you'll continuously develop your knowledge of both customer service and the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and excellent communication skills
• Good English language skills
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a customer-facing role is an advantage
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
