Die Kunden von Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) erwarten neben innovativen Produkten hochwertige Services. Der Trend auf dem Markt geht weg von einzelnen Produkten und Dienstleistungen, hin zu ganzheitlichen Lösungsansätzen. HPE Operations – Services Experience Delivery begleitet unsere Kunden mit Advisory, Professional und Operational Services auf diesem Weg der Transformation.
Operational Services, mit Angeboten wie Datacenter Care, GreenLake und Management Services unterstützten unsere Kunden beim Betrieb ihrer IT und bietet neue Möglichkeiten der Bereitstellung. Diese Services werden aus der Services Experience Delivery mit lokalen Ressourcen vor Ort beim Kunden und einem Netzwerk aus globalen Ressourcen und Partnern erbracht.
Eine zentrale Rolle dabei spielt der Account Support Manager (ASM). Sie/Er betreut hauptsächlich große, lokale Data Center Care Kunden vor Ort und verantwortet dabei die gesamte Belieferung der zugeordneten Verträge.
Welche Aufgaben Du verantworten wirst:
- Ansprechpartner für das IT Management des Kunden
- Aufbau und die Pflege der Kundenbeziehung
- Leitung von verschiedenen IT Infrastruktur Projekten
- Erstellung kundespezifischer Account-Support Strategien
- Organisation regelmäßiger Reviews geplanter Aktivitäten
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Kontinuierliche Unterstützung beim Business Wachstum der eigenen Kunden
Wie Dein Profil idealerweise aussehen könnte:
- Technischer oder Wirtschaftlicher Universitätsabschluss - Bachelor oder Master
- Weitreichende Kenntnisse über das HPE Produktportfolio sowie technisches Interesse
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit kritischen Kundensituationen oder Eskalationen
- Kommunikative, offene Art gepaart mit einem Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit im hohen Maße und den „Willen, ständig Neues zu lernen“
- Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, in einem multikulturellen und internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohes Maß an lokaler Flexibilität sowie ggf. Reisebereitschaft
