• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations.
• Host meetings with customers, both remotely and in person, to understand their needs.
• Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth handover to the projects team after a deal is agreed.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced setting and adapting as things change.
• A good understanding of how businesses operate and what customers need.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly and persuasively.
