Náplň práce

• podpora náboru dělnických pozic
• zadávání pracovních inzerátů na interní i externí web
• preselekce životopisů
• komunikace s uchazeči i vedoucími pracovníky
• organizace pohovorů a zvaní kandidátů
• poskytování zpětné vazby uchazečům
• komunikace s personálními agenturami
• podpora při zajišťování vzdělávacích a jazykových kurzů
• administrativní podpora HR oddělení (evidence dat, práce s dokumenty a tabulkami, ad hoc úkoly)

Požadavky

• SŠ vzdělání
• zkušenost s náborem dělnických pozic výhodou
• komunikativní znalost angličtiny (min. B1)
• znalost MS Office, zejména Excelu
• příjemné vystupování, proaktivní a klientský přístup
