Job Summary
Aprio is seeking a Director, Valuation & Investigation Services to lead high-impact client engagements and deliver sophisticated valuation solutions across a growing and dynamic practice. In this role, you will develop and review complex financial models while serving as a trusted advisor to clients navigating valuation, strategic planning, and transaction challenges.
You will lead cross-functional engagement teams, collaborate across service lines, and serve as a key mentor to developing professionals. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful outcomes for clients while shaping the future of a high-performing team.

What You'll Gain/ Impact

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client engagements, including planning, execution, and oversight of valuation and investigation projects
- Develop and review financial models for purposes including valuation, strategic planning, and transaction planning
- Serve as a member of cross-functional client engagement teams and collaborate closely with other service groups across the firm
- Build and maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and internal stakeholders
- Mentor and develop engagement team members, supporting their professional growth and performance
- Demonstrate teamwork and shared accountability across engagement team members
- Stay current on business and economic developments relevant to clients' industries and business environments
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of business valuation experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills
- Superior financial modeling skills in MS Excel and other MS applications
- Preferred: CFA or ASA designation
