We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director for our Aftermarket Division who wants to take overall responsibility for developing and driving our aftermarket business forward.

This is a key role where you will combine strategic leadership with strong operational engagement and have a significant opportunity to influence both the business and the future development of the organization.

About the Role

As Sales & Marketing Director within the Aftermarket Division, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing the global aftermarket strategy. You will ensure that we achieve our sales targets in both the short and long term while driving the development of our offering, processes, and ways of working.

The role involves close collaboration with markets, dealers, and internal functions to ensure that we provide the right products, the right support, and the right conditions for success in the marketplace.

You will report to the Senior Vice President Aftermarket Division and be a member of the division management team. You will lead a team of six employees with expertise across several specialist areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Väderstad's global aftermarket business, with responsibility for sales, marketing, and business development.

• Ensure the business achieves its objectives by developing and following up on strategies, plans, and forecasts.

• Drive the development of our product and service offering in close collaboration with markets and internal functions.

• Ensure efficient processes within sales, marketing, sales and product support.

• Identify business opportunities by monitoring market developments and building strong relationships with dealers, markets, and other key stakeholders.

About You

We believe that you:

• Have experience leading teams and organizations with people management responsibility.

• Have a technical or business-related educational background, or equivalent professional experience.

• Have worked with sales and business development within a manufacturing industry.

• Have experience from an aftermarket, service, or spare parts business.

• Have experience developing and driving growth in an aftermarket organization where the aftermarket business has been a significant part of the overall business.

• Are fluent in English. Swedish language skills are highly valued.

Additional Information

The position is based in Väderstad. Travel is a natural part of the role, primarily within Europe.
