$68.20 - $102.30Major Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise oversight of lease administration and lease accounting, ensuring systems, processes, and controls effectively manage all internal and external leases.
- Develop, implement, and manage tools, systems, and procedures supporting real estate data, lease administration, and portfolio tracking.
- Lead real estate data and information management across the enterprise for both owned and leased properties.
- Partner with internal leaders and external vendors to oversee lease administration services and shared reporting relationships.
- Manage and govern real estate data, including data accuracy, integrity, interfaces, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee real estate–related data projects supporting acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and enterprise planning.
- Produce and maintain portfolio metrics, scorecards, dashboards, key dates, and portfolio statistics to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to healthcare real estate transactions and lease accounting.
- Use data-driven insights to support portfolio strategies, including lease-versus-own decisions, purchases, negotiations, and other strategic real estate initiatives.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison with real estate planning, construction, property management, lease administration, accounting, plant operations, and medical group leadership.
- Apply financial, technical, and real estate expertise to deliver integrated, enterprise-wide solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships across healthcare and real estate industries to advance organizational sophistication and best practices.
- Ensure production of high-quality, professional deliverables that support executive decision-making and enterprise negotiations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Information Systems, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Licensure / Certification
- None required.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of real estate business data tools, systems, and interfaces.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare leases, purchases, and sales.
- Knowledge of healthcare real estate legal and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in property management, lease accounting, and lease administration.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate construction and project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
Preferred Job Requirements
Education
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Information Systems, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Licensure / Certification
- State-specific Real Estate Broker’s License.
Experience
- Experience building and managing real estate databases, tools, and system interfaces.
- Experience managing major real estate transactions.
- Exceptional negotiation experience.
- Strong legal knowledge related to healthcare real estate.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of REIT and landlord structures, objectives, and negotiation strategies.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Standard office environment with prolonged computer use.
- Site visits and driving required.
- Some travel required.
