Director, Office of the CEO

The Director, Office of the CEO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of the CEO Office while supporting the execution and oversight of key initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Office of the CEO, this role works closely with senior leaders across functions to translate the CEO’s priorities into coordinated execution across the global portfolio - spanning growth and investment planning, owner relations, operations and guest experience, and the company’s platform and AI transformation agenda.

The Director acts as an embedded project leader: coordinating across teams, conducting analysis, preparing executive and Board materials, and supporting the CEO Office’s operating rhythm. The portfolio shifts with the CEO’s priorities, so the role rewards range - the ability to move from a commercial question to an operational one to a technology one within the same week, and to get to a credible point of view quickly in each.

This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and limited direction.

Key Activities:

Strategic Plan Execution & Governance

• Lead Strategic Plan PMO activities: Support program management for Four Seasons’ Strategic Plan, including KPI and milestone tracking, activity and dependency mapping, and cross-functional coordination. Proactively identify risks and opportunities and escalate insights to the Senior Director and Chief of Staff.
• Drive stakeholder alignment: Support communication and buy-in for the Strategic Plan across internal and external stakeholders through program management and content development.
• Prepare Executive and Board updates: Develop high-quality materials that give the Executive Leadership Team and the Board clear visibility on Strategic Plan progress.

Cross-Enterprise Initiatives

• Support priority enterprise initiatives: Provide analytical and project leadership on initiatives sponsored by the CEO Office, which may span growth and expansion, investment planning, commercial performance, operations, guest experience, and organizational design.
• Structure and solve: Frame the question, build the fact base, and develop a recommendation along with the functional teams that own the work.
• Partner on the platform and AI agenda: Work closely with the Guest, Service, and Enterprise Platform Transformation team on a top CEO priority - tracking progress, connecting the agenda to the broader Strategic Plan, and preparing executive and Board updates. The team owns delivery; the Office of the CEO ensures visibility, cross-enterprise alignment, and pace.

Owner & Executive Engagement

• Enhance owner relationships: Support the execution of initiatives that strengthen engagement with property owners, ensuring alignment between executive leadership and ownership groups.
• Facilitate executive engagement: Work with internal stakeholders to execute planned improvements in how the CEO and executive team engage with key external partners.

Office of the CEO Operations

• Support the ELT operating cadence: Contribute to the bi-weekly ELT meeting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Board material development, including content creation and cross-functional coordination.
• Support performance management: Partner with cross-functional teams on the continuous improvement of performance dashboards and performance management
• Prepare executive briefs: Develop pre-reads and briefing materials for CEO and executive meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support enterprise-wide priorities: Contribute to high-priority CEO Office initiatives, including the Annual Leadership Meeting, CEO communications, and other critical organizational projects.

Professional Experience & Education:

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, corporate development, or a related field. Management consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or premium/luxury consumer brands is an asset; experience bringing large transformation programs to life is an asset.
• Proven track record in analytics, project management, and executive communications.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; comfortable with P&L, forecasting, and investment cases.
• Working fluency in digital, data, and AI - sufficient to engage credibly with technology leaders and vendors and to translate between technical and business audiences. Deep technical expertise is not required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Expert in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); able to independently produce high-impact, board-ready materials.
• Strong data analytics and financial modelling capability.
• Fluent and active user of AI tools in day-to-day work, with the curiosity to keep pace as capabilities evolve.
• Strong knowledge of Four Seasons systems and databases or the ability to build that knowledge quickly.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Miami Four Seasons Corporate Office (3 days per week) located at 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1007, Miami, Florida. #LI-Hybrid
