Are you our new Director of Securitized Portfolios & Investor Management?

We are looking for a senior executive to lead the end-to-end management of investor relationships and securitized loan portfolios, with overall accountability for portfolio performance, servicing quality, contractual and SLA compliance, governance and risk management. The role acts as the key senior interface between the Servicer, investors and other stakeholders, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, transparency and effective portfolio management.

What will you do:

• Own the overall relationship with investors and act as the senior point of contact for strategic, operational and performance-related matters.
• Take end-to-end accountability for the performance of securitized portfolios, ensuring delivery against agreed business plans, KPIs, targets and financial objectives.
• Lead the governance and management of Servicing Agreements ensuring compliance with agreed service standards and performance requirements.
• Lead regular investor reporting, performance reviews and governance forums, ensuring clear, accurate and timely communication of portfolio performance and key developments.
• Proactively identify, assess and manage portfolio, operational, contractual and servicing risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans and escalation where required.
• Partner closely with Operations, Collections, Legal, Finance, Risk, Data & Analytics and other relevant functions to ensure end-to-end portfolio performance and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of servicing performance, processes and governance frameworks, leveraging data, analytics, technology and automation where relevant.
• Oversee the preparation of business plans, forecasts, performance analyses and strategic recommendations for the assigned portfolios.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, commercial awareness and a strong performance culture.

What we’re looking for:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification will be considered an advantage.
• Significant senior-level experience in loan servicing, banking, financial services, asset management or a related environment, with strong exposure to securitized or structured loan portfolios.
• Proven experience in investor relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large and complex portfolios with end-to-end accountability for performance.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, with the ability to translate portfolio data and performance indicators into clear business actions.
• Solid experience in risk management, governance, SLA management and contractual performance oversight.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, highly regulated and stakeholder-intensive environment.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align multiple internal and external stakeholders around common objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior executives, investors and external counterparties.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
