Role Overview:
This is a regionally focused marketing role supporting Wireless Logic Group’s North American go-to-market brands, reporting to President North America, working collaboratively with brand marketing leaders and with a dotted line to the Group CMO.
The position will act as a shared marketing resource across three North American brands – Zipit Wireless, Simetry and Webbing, delivering front-facing marketing execution - digital marketing, social media, PR, and events etc, while also contributing to regional marketing strategy. The role takes direction from brand marketing leaders on priorities, but is also expected to bring an informed point of view, proactively suggesting campaigns, channels, and approaches that will move the growth needle for each business.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing generalist comfortable context switching across multiple stakeholders and brands, with strong execution skills across digital and traditional channels and the judgment to help shape strategy, not just deliver against it.
Your Daily Quest:🌎
- Grow the pipeline - Plan and execute brand awareness and demand generation campaigns across multiple North American brands, leveraging group marketing assets and local/regional insight
- Lead PR efforts for the region in order to improve brand visibility in LLM outputs - including media relationships, press releases, and announcements
- Plan and execute field and virtual events (trade shows, webinars, partner events) to support pipeline generation
- Manage digital marketing channels (LLM optimisation, PPC, paid social, email, display) and optimize spend for effectiveness across entities
- Advise regional and entity leadership on marketing strategy and priorities, bringing recommendations rather than waiting solely for direction
- Partner with group marketing to adapt global campaigns, content, and messaging for the North American market
- Generate high quality content and grow social media presence across entities to build brand awareness and engagement
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing activity with pipeline and revenue goals
- Manage and prioritize a shared marketing workload across multiple entities, balancing competing requests and timelines
- Track and report on marketing performance and ROI across channels and entities
- Support product and proposition launches in the North American market
- Maintain brand consistency across entities while allowing for local/entity nuance where needed
Key KPIs
- Opportunity/pipeline value generated from marketing activity
- Brand LLM Mention/Citation rates across relevant queries
- MQLs and SQL volume by brand and channel
- Marketing spend effectiveness / ROI
- High quality event execution
- Social media growth and engagement
- Stakeholder satisfaction across supported entities (qualitative feedback)
The Secret Sauce:🍨
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including digital marketing, PR, and events
- Proven ability to context switch across multiple stakeholders, brands, or business units
- Strong track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns with measurable ROI
- Hands-on experience with digital channels: PPC, paid social, LLM optimisaton/SEO, email and content
- Experience managing and executing PR strategy and media relationships
- Experience planning and executing marketing events (trade shows, webinars, etc.)
- Comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and shifting priorities across entities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent multiple brands consistently
- A proactive, consultative approach — able to take direction but also push back or suggest alternatives when appropriate
- Highly organized, able to prioritize across competing demands from different stakeholders
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Preferred
- Experience in Telecom, IoT/M2M, SaaS or related markets
- Experience working in a shared-services or matrixed marketing structure
