What you’ll own

• Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality content across digital and print channels.
• Manage content projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver audience-focused communications.
• Leverage marketing technologies and content management systems to support campaign execution and content distribution.
• Maintain content quality, consistency, and compliance with established brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness.

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content strategy, or a related field within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment solutions, commercial payments, embedded finance, merchant services, or digital payment products.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, customer-focused content.
• Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in content strategy, copywriting, editing, and multi-channel marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Experience working in a regulated environment with a focus on quality, compliance, and brand standards.
