We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Wake, Durham, Chatham, Orange Counties! In this rewarding role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, serving as a trusted companion and mentor to Children, Teens and Adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities - helping them live fuller, more independent lives.

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:
- One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Ability to provide clients with transportation to and from appointments, errands and community outings
- Experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Behavioral Technician (BT), Paraprofessional or Teacher/ Teaching Assistant highly preferred but not required
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $16/hr
- Weekly pay
- Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
- Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
- Options for mileage reimbursement

- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
