BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Boyertown, PA. As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities - helping them reach their full potential.

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support a male client in Boyertown, PA through various shifts:
- Weekends and weekdays available
- Overnights available (AON, 10-hr shifts)
- Must be experienced with behaviors
Shifts also available part-time in Pottstown, Royersford, Schwenksville, and more throughout Montgomery County!
How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00 + / hour with a weekly pay schedule
- Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
- Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP):
- One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (autism, down syndrome)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Ability to transport clients to community outings if working dayshift
