·        Manage direct labor agency for hiring process of daily operator and Technician to meet  business clients requirement.

·        Manage direct labor Head count not over RFF target,  base on control  DL movement headcount  report by monthly basic.

·        Manage full cycle recruiting process for DL Hiring both extranal and internal hiring

·        Manage gratuity, early retirement and retirement program

·        Coordinate with Global agency to support  Foreigner employees  and family for action Visa and Work permit related.

·        Company document need to be updated for submit with Government (Company license. Share holder list etc.

·        Contribution for Rehabilitation program,

·        Manage Memo and Company Announcement  In Company Communication, as well as answer to employees when questions arise.

·        Support Engagement Activity

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.

·        0-2 years of work experience (Max.)  in HR Management

·        Proactive, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.

·        Good command of both spoken & written English.

·        Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint. 

·        Experience with Workday is advantage.

·        Experience for AI Tool  is advantage.

·        Experience for preparation Presentation Material such as JOB Ads or Communication  is advantage.

·        Understand Labor Law is advantage.
