Responsibilities:

• Responsibility to ensure quality products as per requirements
• Reduce generation of defects during production
• Participate & support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities.
• To ensure the quality of product during in-process
• Responsible for the timely movement of the material through SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) 
• Responsible for the verification of the actions initiated in-Process
• Responsible for the containment actions

Qualifications:

• Full time Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical
• Train the operators and inspectors in case of customer complaints
• Knowledge of the instruments use and handling
• Responsible for the First Piece Inspection (FPI) and Last Piece Inspection (LPI), Patrolling Inspection
• Knowledge of the manufacturing process and able to read Engineering Drawing
• Basic computer knowledge and well Versed with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) - Able to operate and data entry related to manufacturing
• Should have good communication and written skills
