MISSION :

1. Data & Analytics Strategy

• Assist with KPI catalog, data documentation, and analytics project support.
• Support data validation, quality checks, and report preparation.
• Track actions, updates, and progress across data and analytics activities.
• Have some hands on with data engineering skills to build some data products.

2. AI for ALL Program ( Project focus to boost Generative AI adoption in our region )

• Support learning materials, starter kits, playbooks, and communication content.
• Assist with community engagement, awareness campaigns, and learning sessions.
• Track participation, learning progress, and Gen AI adoption indicators.
• Document use cases, best practices, success stories, and frequently asked questions.

3. Digital HUB Intranet & Knowledge Management

• Update and maintain intranet pages, announcements, and resource sections.
• Organize digital, analytics, and AI-related content for easy employee access.
• Improve page structure, navigation, readability, and user experience.
• Ensure published content remains accurate, current, and engaging.

By supporting these initiatives, you will help improve digital adoption, strengthen data-driven decision making, enhance employee learning experiences, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic transformation programs across the APAC region.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Digital Business, or a related field.

• Strong interest in data analytics, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies

• Knowledge of data engineering, data analytics concepts

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural team environment

• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and digital tools
