JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary

The Digital Strategy & Engagement Manager will lead the digital marketing and engagement for Abbott Nutrition in Pakistan and Iraq. The role is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that drive brand growth, strengthen consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, and deliver measurable business results.

Digital & Media Strategy & Engagement

• Develop and execute the digital strategy for Abbott Nutrition brands in Pakistan and Iraq.
• Ensure digital initiatives support brand growth, customer engagement, and business objectives.
• Lead digital campaigns across social media, search, video, and other digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Manage agency partners to ensure effective campaign execution and performance (reach and engagement KPIs).
• Partner with Marketing, Medical, Sales, Legal and CRM teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
• Use audience insights and data to improve targeting and personalization.
• Support digital commerce and conversion initiatives across online channels/e-commerce.

Content for Social Media & CRM

• Lead social media content amplification to maximize audience engagement.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement initiatives through CRM programs.
• Continuously improve content performance through analytics and customer insights.

Analytics & Performance

• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance across key metrics.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve business results.
• Provide regular performance updates to marketing leadership.

Key Competencies

• Understanding of current social media landscape.
• Ability to digital social media Strategy & Planning.
• Data Analytics and number crunching skills.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, marketing automation, and digital commerce.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into successful digital engagement strategies.

Education & Experience

• BS in Marketing or Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Sciences or a related field from a reputed business school. Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders.

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, brand marketing, or customer engagement roles.
