Job Description
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
- 1. Translate brand objectives into integrated media and digital strategies
Define audience, channel, content and investment priorities based on brand JTBDs, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
- 2. Build social and content ecosystems that strengthen consumer connection
Develop social, content and influencer strategies that increase brand relevance, engagement and cultural connection with consumers.
- 3. Execute media investments with excellence and accountability
Ensure high-quality media deployment, strong agency management, timely activation and robust performance tracking across campaigns.
- 4. Maximize media effectiveness and ROI
Drive continuous optimization through testing, learning and performance measurement, ensuring investments generate the highest possible business impact.
- 5. Build future-ready digital marketing capabilities
Develop the talent, tools, partnerships and operating model required to establish world-class digital and content capabilities, including the future evolution toward an in-house agency model.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
- Advertising, media, content creation, digital production or agency ecosystem background, rather than a traditional FMCG/CPG marketing background.
- 10 years of experience in media strategy, media planning and digital marketing.
- Extensive expertise in digital media, content, social ecosystems & influencer
- Proven track record in media planning and media effectiveness
