Digital Measurement Platform Development & Solutions Enablement Manager

Job Overview

The Digital Measurement Platform Development & Solutions Enablement Manager will support the development, commercialization and adoption of the FeelIQ digital measurement platform.

The role will own and maintain the product roadmap, translating business, market, client and technical needs into prioritized outcomes. Working across product, science, engineering and commercial teams, the successful candidate will drive product execution, requirements management, delivery coordination and launch readiness.

The role will also work closely with Business Development and Sales teams, supporting customer presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal development and commercial discussions. Occasional travel within Greece and across Europe may be required to support customer engagements, conferences and business-development activities.

Essential Functions

• Own and maintain the FeelIQ product roadmap, aligning business, client and technical priorities.
• Translate market and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Lead product discovery and prioritization activities to maximize business value and ROI.
• Coordinate execution across product, science, engineering and commercial teams, managing milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Monitor software delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders, engineers and client-facing teams.
• Support RFP responses, proposal development, customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Partner with Business Development teams to assess opportunities, communicate solution value and support sales activities.
• Support product launches, go-to-market initiatives and scalable client deployments.
• Ensure solutions are robust, compliant and appropriately supported within a regulated environment.
• Travel required to support customer meetings, workshops, conferences and commercial engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical project/program management, product operations or software delivery.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and translating business requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software-development lifecycles.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, business and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience in digital health, life sciences, clinical research, wearables or digital endpoints.
• Experience supporting Business Development, pre-sales, proposals, RFPs or customer-facing solution discussions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and related delivery-management tools.
• Experience creating business cases, product roadmaps, project plans and ROI assessments.
• Product, Agile or Project Management certification.
