About the role

LTK is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day execution of our International Marketing channels across social, CRM, media boosting and LTK Retail Media Network.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, digitally fluent and comfortable working across multiple audiences and workflows. You will turn approved briefs, plans and templates into accurate, on-brand execution across brands, creators and consumers, helping the team scale, publish consistently, support campaign delivery, maintain data quality and capture learnings that improve performance.

You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Manager, Creator Success, Brand Partnerships and Content team, as well as US global partners. The role is execution-focused: you will support channel owners and help create operating capacity for optimisation and growth.

How you will make an impact

• Publish, schedule and QA organic social content across relevant INTL channels.
• Support original content production by filming, editing and adapting content from events, Q&As, creator activity and brand moments.
• Manage community activity, including monitoring comments, likes and direct messages, and escalating relevant insights or issues.
• Support media Boost campaign set-up by gathering assets, checking campaign information and completing builds accurately and on time.
• Execute CRM BAU activity across priority INTL markets, including critical communications and weekly educational newsletters, using approved templates and briefs for brands, creators and consumers.
• Support LTK Retail Media execution by setting up assets, maintaining the campaign calendar and coordinating inputs across teams.
• Pull performance data, maintain trackers and complete contact-list cleansing to support accurate reporting and healthy audience data.
• Support bi-weekly client-facing product demos through set-up, invitations, event communications and follow-up, including ICYMI content.
• Apply brand, compliance and QA standards across every channel, flagging risks before launch.
• Share performance signals, audience feedback and recurring execution issues so the wider team can improve plans and processes.

What you will bring to LTK

• Experience supporting digital marketing execution across social media, CRM, email, content or paid media.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with repeatable, high-volume workflows across multiple systems.
• Practical content skills, including social publishing, basic filming and editing, and adapting content for different channels and audiences.
• A clear understanding of how accurate set-up, QA process, timing and data quality affect campaign performance.
• Confidence working from briefs, templates and established processes while knowing when to ask questions or escalate an issue.
• Strong written communication and the ability to manage direct messages, community interactions and stakeholder updates professionally.
• Basic data literacy, with the ability to pull information, maintain trackers and identify simple trends or anomalies.
