The Position
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the organization and execution of our B2B go-to-market programs. This role lives within our Revenue Marketing team, which is responsible for lead generation and pipeline growth at OPSWAT.
The ideal candidate will be thrilled to kick-start their career with an insatiable drive to learn and grow alongside marketing leaders. This is an entry-level role marketing role focused on campaign execution and demand generation.
This is an in-office position based in our Tampa office.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end coordination of OPSWAT's global webinar program — scheduling, speaker/SME and stakeholder coordination, registration pages and promotional assets, post-event follow-up, and attendance/engagement/lead-conversion reporting — across regions and time zones, partnering with Marketing Operations on setup and execution.
- Assist in the creation and execution of lead-generation campaigns across email, social, and display advertising.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) as a default part of your workflow to move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects from concept to completion using project management tools, program trackers, and weekly status meetings.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and changes in the market, and bring relevant ones back to the team.
What We Need From You
- Analytical and creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for everyday work — drafting, editing, summarizing, and processing documents — and eager to keep finding new ways to use them.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with webinar platforms and project management software is a plus.
- Interest in current digital marketing techniques and best practices.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
