Job Description:

YOU WILL BE: 

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Fashion Content Curator to bring the brand to life across digital channels through inspiring, shoppable fashion storytelling. This role combines a strong fashion and styling perspective with a content planning and merchandising mindset to create compelling editorial, email, social, and product-focused content that drives product discovery and engagement.

Reporting to the Content Planning Manager, the Digital Fashion Content Curator will support the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal, product, editorial, campaign, and brand content. This role will translate seasonal lookbooks, product assortments, and creative direction into visually compelling digital stories that are trend-forward, brand-right, commercially relevant, and aligned with the overall brand vision.

Working closely with Content Planning, Fashion, Creative, Production, Merchandising, Marketing, and Site teams, this role will help manage content from initial concept and product selection through production, delivery, and final digital execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Own and populate product decks for each photoshoot, ensuring selections align with creative strategy, merchant and digital priorities, and Fashion Office direction.

• Partner closely with the Content Planning Manager on all seasonal storytelling, content initiatives, and key fashion moments.

• Partner closely with the Merchant team to understand and incorporate seasonal fashion priorities, key product stories, and commercial objectives into shoot planning.

• Partner closely with the Editorial Sample team to manage product decks from initial development through vendor submission, sample coordination, photoshoot execution, and final deliverables.

• Manage the end-to-end product flow for assigned shoots, ensuring product selections, samples, and deliverables remain aligned from deck creation through completion.

• Merchandise and style digital editorials using seasonal lookbooks, campaign imagery, and current product assortments.

• Build shoppable online editorials that showcase key trends, outfit inspiration, new arrivals, and seasonal stories.

• Support the merchandising and styling of narratives, campaigns, email, homepage, and app content.

• Curate product selections for recurring organic social franchises, including trend stories, outfit edits, styling tips, and seasonal moments.

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure featured products are in stock, commercially relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

• Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and translate them into compelling, brand-right digital storytelling.

• Ensure all digital styling reflects brand aesthetic, seasonal direction, customer needs, and commercial priorities.

• Identify styling and content opportunities tied to product launches, promotions, and key retail moments.

• Review digital content for styling accuracy, product consistency, visual quality, and alignment with creative direction before publication.

• Track priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding deliverables across shoots and content projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Styling, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in fashion styling, e-commerce, digital merchandising, editorial, or content production (internships included).
• Strong eye for fashion, styling, color, proportion, and visual storytelling.
• Passion for digital commerce and fashion trends
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, or merchandising tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative tools is a plus.

Salary Range $72,000 - $89,000*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
