The Position

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

As a Digital Campaigns Subchapter Lead at Roche, you'll have the opportunity to develop groundbreaking digital skills while fostering the growth of colleagues across the organization. This role offers an unparalleled chance to advance your leadership and functional expertise.

The Opportunity:

• You will coordinate subchapter operations, onboard and mentor team members, and ensure the team's proficiency in executing high-impact digital campaigns.

• You'll provide strategic vision and direction, optimize processes, manage escalations, and ensure seamless coordination among teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Continuously monitoring and optimizing resource utilization, you will ensure customer satisfaction and the effective delivery of objectives.

• By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will encourage team members to grow and develop their digital capabilities.

• You will build strong relationships with other Subchapter Leads to align on strategic priorities, accelerate decision-making, and support each other.

• Additionally, you will gather and share best practices, creating a community of learning and synergy.

• Establishing and maintaining process governance principles, you will ensure proper documentation and adherence to best practices within the scope of responsibility.

Who you are:

• As an experienced professional, you have a minimum of 8 years in digital operations with a proven track record in omnichannel marketing and content delivery.

• You have at least 3 years in coaching, leadership, and people development.

• You are an excellent communicator in English (additional languages are a plus).

• You are skilled in navigating complex, multicultural environments with strong project and change management capabilities.

• As an innovative problem-solver, you are analytical, detail-oriented, and efficient in time management.

• You are able to work under pressure and manage complex issues independently.

• You are also a tech enthusiast, passionate about technology, a quick learner, and proficient with different tools.
