Are you passionate about digital banking and customer service? We're looking for dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Banking Specialists to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to experts for our business and organisation customers, helping them navigate and manage their banking needs through our two-to-sign digital platforms.

The Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for assisting our business and organisation customers with managing their banking through our two-to-sign digital platforms. This includes general user and payment queries through to technical support and site administration via phone and email.  

Mō te tūranga | About the Role

• Provide exceptional technical and administrative support for general user and payment queries
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshoot issues via phone and email
• Identify problems quickly using both good telephone technique and technical knowledge, recording relevant client information.
• Provide prompt, courteous & professional solutions to customers calls
• Attentive to related needs of customers providing necessary solutions
• Liaise with third party providers to ensure expedient and permanent resolution of technical problems
• Maintain good working knowledge of banking products

• Contact centre or helpdesk experience
• Customer service experience in a professional environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
• Organisation and time management skills
• Confident in learning new digital platforms and are tech savvy 
• Knowledge of Westpac’s two-to-sign digital banking solutions including Corporate Online, Business Online, Westpac One for Business advantageous
• Good general banking experience is desirable
• Experience dealing with business or corporate clients is desirable
