The Designer is responsible for creating and supporting a wide range of high-quality digital and visual design deliverables across different types of creative projects. This role is highly versatile and hands-on, combining strong foundational design skills with an interest in emerging AI technologies and creative workflows.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer who can move comfortably between different types of creative work, from developing digital assets and visual concepts to editing and refining imagery in Photoshop and exploring AI-powered tools and workflows. Experience with prompting, generative AI platforms, and agentic creative workflows is highly valued.
This role requires strong collaboration skills, as the Designer will work closely with Creative Directors, Associate Creatives, and cross-functional teams to develop effective and visually engaging solutions. The ability to adapt to different project needs, learn new tools, and balance creativity with execution will be key to success in this position.
We expect our team to work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.
You Will
- Create and adapt high-quality digital and visual design assets across a variety of creative projects and deliverables.
- Develop visual concepts and design solutions that align with creative direction, brand standards, and project objectives.
- Apply strong graphic and digital design fundamentals across layouts, typography, composition, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
- Create, edit, retouch, and optimize visual assets using Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Work across different types of design requests, adapting your approach to the needs of each project.
- Explore and incorporate AI-powered tools into creative workflows to support ideation, asset creation, exploration, and production.
- Develop and refine prompts for generative AI tools and other AI-assisted creative platforms.
- Experiment with platforms such as Midjourney and other emerging AI technologies to enhance creative output and workflows.
- Contribute to AI-assisted and agentic creative workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, ideation, and production processes.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Associate Creatives, and cross-functional teams throughout the creative process.
- Translate creative direction and feedback into polished, production-ready design solutions.
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all design deliverables.
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and working documents using Figma and other relevant tools.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, creative technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
You Have
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, visual design, or a related creative field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of graphic and digital design principles, including composition, typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
- Strong image editing and retouching skills in Photoshop.
- Experience working with AI-powered creative tools and generative AI platforms.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Midjourney or similar generative AI tools.
- Exposure to AI-assisted or agentic workflows is a strong plus.
- Ability to work across a broad range of design needs and adapt quickly to different creative challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.
- Ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into compelling visual solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative creative environment.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher (written and verbal communication).
- Experience working with international clients or global creative teams.
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Google Drive, or similar platforms is a plus.
