What you'll take on  

• Confidently oversee shop operations in the Shop Manager’s absence, supporting colleagues and ensuring the shop runs smoothly. 

• Build positive customer relationships by listening to feedback and delivering a friendly, welcoming experience in person. 

• Understand business goals and use shop performance targets to see opportunities for improvement and achieve results. 

• Follow company procedures, including cash handling, shop security and social responsibility requirements. 

• Encourage teamwork and new ideas while leading by example to maintain a clean, organised and well-presented shop. 

What you'll bring
