The role:
As a Deputy Manager - AIM, you will help drive our goals by:
- Implementation of Asset Integrity Management system.
- Implementation of Asset reliability system.
- Shall have good Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance software (CMMS) and Implementation of the system.
- Co-ordinate with internal resources and third parties / vendors for testing of various parameters in the Existing Equipment's.
- Resourceful at strategizing techniques for maximum utilization of manpower & Equipment's.
- Delegate tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Meet budgetary objectives and manage the maintenance cost based on financial analysis
- Prepare purchase requisitions specifying materials specifications, follow up with purchase department.
- Supervises, directs, and trains employees in technical skills, procedures and safe working practices; maintains discipline in the department.
- To meet and manage the plant emergencies as & when required.
- Maintains equipment, purchasing and vendor files for Engineering Department.
- Implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall department operations.
- Ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of organization.
- Ensure imparting of technical training and creating a good environment at the site to allow the workforce to work motivated and to reduce attrition and improve the productivity.
- Preparation of Monthly reports as per the KRA & KPI’s.
- Follow the Emergency preparedness plan in case of emergency.

- SAP R3 (MM module)
- Communication Skill
- Strong organizational & departmental planning skills
- Computer Proficiency (Microsoft office, CAD 2D)
- Supervisory & Leadership Skills
- InterPersonal Skills
- Ability to deal effectively with vendors and Statutory Agencies.
- Good negotiation skills for technical purchase.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - Essential.
- 10 to 12 years in Big/medium sized Chemical/Bulk drugs plant (Batch industry) - Essential.
