Our Opportunity
Our Hornsby centre is looking for experienced Dental Assistants to join the team, with both full-time and casual positions on offer.
This modern 3-chair practice delivers a broad range of dental treatments, and the team here is friendly, close-knit and genuinely proud of the patient care they provide.
- Based in Westfield Hornsby, with public transport close by and everyday shopping right on your doorstep
- Backed by a supportive Centre Leader and a loyal, growing patient base
Full-Time
- Monday to Friday availability essential, including a Thursday late close (7:15pm)
- Above award wages, penalty rates and corporate fitness/gym membership perks
- Demonstrated experience with implants, GA and complex surgical work is essential
Casual
- Minimum of 2 weekdays' availability required, with rotational weekends essential - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
- Above award wages, casual loading and penalty rates

Your Skills and Attributes
Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception is essential
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
