The Position

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand & Supply Planner to join our team. The Demand & Supply Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.

They will serve as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participate in process improvement efforts. They will coordinate, monitor and maintain documentation, operational guidelines and associated logistics for material supply interruptions. They have oversight on the development and execution of product rationing strategies through partnership with key business area stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Conduct regular demand planning meetings to review forecast accuracy, identify trends, and adjust forecasts as needed.
• Coordinates with organizational stakeholders on developing and executing strategies for materials on supply interruption.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate optimal business partnership to support our external customers.
• Participate and/or lead in process improvement initiatives. Develop or assist in the development of departmental protocols. May assist in training and mentoring support staff.
• Executes and manages support functions, reporting, and databases.
• Daily monitoring/review and execution of inquiries in the group mailbox.
• Departmental SME relating to system, reporting and SAP.
• Develop and execute reporting.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 years business experience.
• Strong computer skills with competence in the Microsoft Suite, Airtable and SAP applications or similar alternatives.
• Strong communication (oral and written), collaborative problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills including project management.
• Knowledge of materials management and logistics.
• Be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $64,300 - $119,500.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
