Who are we hiring?
During Arena events, the Delta Server Assistant works at food stations, busses tables and assists with any guest inquiries. This individual exhibits a warm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times to further enhance the guest experience.
What will you do?
- Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event.
- Responsible for Club stations during service to include: keeping stations stocked, neat and clean; running food from kitchen/pantry; serving food; preparing coffee beverages.
- Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed.
- Adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations and Company’s alcohol service guidelines.
- Position could be assigned to another area within Premium, as per Local 100 contract and call sheet order.
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
What do you need to succeed?

- Madison Club Server Assistants will also be assigned to work in The Loft; during non-club events, Madison Club Server Assistants may be assigned to work in Catering.
Special Requirements
- Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
