About the Role

We're hiring a Delivery Manager to own technical change delivery for a leading Saudi banking client — covering emergency fixes, production fixes, patches, upgrades, and infrastructure/network/security changes. This is an operational, production-facing role requiring tight change governance and SLA discipline in a live banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern end-to-end delivery of technical changes
• Coordinate production releases, emergency fixes, and urgent incidents
• Manage change governance, release readiness, and implementation controls
• Ensure SLA adherence and production stability
• Coordinate with Change Management, Production Support, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations teams

Requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical change/release delivery within a production banking or large enterprise environment
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong operational delivery and production environment experience

Must Haves

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Proven experience managing production releases and emergency/urgent fixes under SLA pressure
• Direct experience with change governance and implementation controls in a live production environment

Nice to Have

• ITIL certification
• Prior experience in banking or other regulated production environments
• Exposure to incident management alongside change management
