RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform procure to pay processes using various systems and tracking tools. • Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems. • Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. • Prepare reports and other dashboards as required to perform the daily operation. • Attend and participate in internal and external meetings as part of the daily, weekly and monthly operation review and calibration. • Communicate with clients any concerns that need client's attention. • Serves as a backup for other colleagues.
