Your Impact
As Axon's DC Operator I, this role is accountable for accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily operations and serves as a resource for problem solving, training, and supporting new or less experienced team members. What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Direct Reports: None
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Handle sensitive and hazardous materials safely and responsibly.
- Conduct detailed inventory checks and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) on a computer or handheld scanner to perform daily job functions.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
- Pick, pack, move, maintain, and store materials efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work cross-functionally across various warehouse departments.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Forklift experience (will train onsite)
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 50 to 75 lbs
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
