The Data Strategist collaborates with various teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes that drive operational efficiency and foster a competitive edge in the market. Continuous evaluation and refinement of data management practices are integral to this role, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with organizational goals.
- Monitor and assess data governance policies to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing data architectures.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with text analytics and semantic understanding techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and data pipeline development.
- Familiarity with data security principles and data governance frameworks.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
