About the Role
We are seeking a Data Science & Functional AI Consultant to help organizations transform data into actionable business insights and AI-powered solutions. This role combines data science expertise, functional consulting capabilities, and industry knowledge to solve complex business challenges, drive innovation, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, analytics, and AI technologies, along with practical experience in at least one industry domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop intelligent solutions, and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate business challenges into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions that support strategic objectives.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate insights, recommendations, and predictive models.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning, analytics, and AI use cases to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize opportunities, and measure value realization.
• Apply industry domain knowledge to identify relevant business use cases and advise on solution adoption.
• Support AI and analytics transformation initiatives, including process redesign and change management activities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, dashboards, and workshops.
• Stay current with emerging trends in data science, Generative AI, machine learning, and responsible AI practices.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts, statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering analytics, AI, or data-driven business solutions.
• Knowledge of at least one industry domain, such as Energy, Utilities, Resources, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts, statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering analytics, AI, or data-driven business solutions.
• Knowledge of at least one industry domain, such as Energy, Utilities, Resources, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, data management, and data strategy frameworks.
• Professional certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI, Cloud Technologies, or related areas.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise-scale analytics initiatives.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
