Your role

Reporting to the Chief of Operation Excellence, you will ensure our best-in-class quality standards are applied at every step of our value chain, so our Insights team receives data it can trust.

You will lead a team of 30+ external validators across three markets: MEA, Americas and Europe. You will own resource planning, quality processes, reporting and continuous improvement for your territory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assign and oversee validation and translation work in line with client requirements and project schedules set by Market Operations teams.
  • Recruit, onboard, certify and train internal and external resources in line with company budgets and rate cards.
  • Own the department budget, including timely resource payments, project reconciliation and continuous process optimization.
  • Data quality & compliance: Implement and maintain SOPs, data standards, checklists, guidelines and templates across our fieldwork value chain.
  • Set up KPIs, dashboards, triggers, contingency plans and quality checks to protect the quality and integrity of collected data.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's data privacy policy and resource rotation rules.
  • Quality control: Run rigorous, regular checks on team output, identify risks early and act quickly to resolve any quality issues.
  • Partner with Data Analytics, Insights, Commercial teams and Practices, including through calibration processes, to set teams up for success.
  • Deliver regular dashboards and quarterly reports on evaluator, translator and validation quality to internal and external stakeholders.
  • People & partnership: Engage, develop and retain a network of 30+ freelancers, fostering a strong commitment to quality throughout the year.
  • Work closely with Customer Relationship Managers on program deliverables, including planning, training, tracking and calibration.
  • Impact: Lead the resolution of data quality issues through process improvement and better data integration.
  • Introduce new tools, processes and best practices, and drive special projects and pilots, including AI-driven developments.
  • Support other departments in designing quality checks and contribute to cross-functional improvement task forces.

Requirements

What you bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Quality, Quality Control, Compliance or Project Management roles.

  • Knowledge of research methods and statistical or data analysis, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is appreciated.

  • Highly organized, able to multitask and manage detailed, time-sensitive work.
  • The highest level of integrity, a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Why join us?

At CXG, you will be part of a global, multicultural, and mission-driven team.

You will:
