Visit us at www.accenture.com We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Solutions Associate Manager with strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-scale data and AI platforms on Azure and GCP. The role combines solution architecture, backend engineering, API development, cloud-native application design, and Generative AI implementation. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on development experience while being capable of defining enterprise architecture, leading technical teams, and driving end-to-end solution delivery.
What are we looking for? • 10+ years of software engineering and data platform experience • Strong Python development expertise • Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices • Azure Services: Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure SQL/PostgreSQL, Azure DevOps • GCP Services: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage • Pub/Sub, SQL and relational databases • Data modeling and ETL/ELT architecture • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred • Git-based development • Generative AI Skills • LLM application development • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Prompt Engineering • Agentic AI frameworks • LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex (or similar) • Embeddings and vector databases • AI evaluation, guardrails, and observability • MCP, A2A, and AI orchestration concepts are preferred • Snowflake or Databricks • MLOps • Event-driven architecture • Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, or Supply Chain domain experience • ReactJS understanding
Roles and Responsibilities: • Design scalable cloud-native data and AI platforms using Azure and GCP • Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python/FastAPI/Flask • Architect enterprise data platforms leveraging Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Databricks, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Storage • Design and implement GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs • Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs into enterprise applications • Design vector database architectures using Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search, or similar technologies • Build document ingestion pipelines supporting PDF, Office documents, SharePoint, databases, and APIs • Design authentication and authorization using OAuth2, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identity, and service principals • Develop scalable microservices and API integrations with enterprise applications • Define CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Optimize cloud cost, scalability, observability, and security • Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineering teams • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
